What is the delivery time for Dedicated servers?

You will get your very own Dedicated server within 15 hours once the order is complete and payment is received.

Can I cancel at any time?

There are no contracts. You can cancel the service at any time.

How do you handle customer support?

All Licenses are active within 7 days after the renewal date, for 8 days suspended and then terminated.

My License account was suspended. What should I do?

Actually, there are two main reasons for suspension:

  • For a billing issue

If you are late paying your bill, then we’ll suspend your account until you bring the payment up to date. Log into the client order area and make sure there are no outstanding invoices.

  • For AUP violation

Your account will be definitely suspended for spamming, hacking, port scanning, adult or offensive content, and resource abuse. You will receive the suspension notification on your contact email address if you violate the policy of our company. Please reply to it ASAP to get the issue resolved.

  • For Duplicate Licenses Use

If you have used license key without re-issue from client area at New Server then your license got suspended. In this case, contact our Sales & Support Team for the re-active of your license. 

I have just purchased an account with you. When will it be activated?

If you have purchased VDO Panel license then it will instantly be activated.  And if you have purchased Dedicated Server or VPS then It will take nearly 12-15 hours to activate it. All account login details such as your control panel login information, server info et cetera will be sent in your welcome email.

But, please, note that notifications from 2Checkout/FastSpring come right after the transaction has been processed successfully.

What is your Refund Policy ?

Try our software license free for 15 days for free. If you liked our software, then just go for the Regular License Price & Registration Process.

Your satisfaction is our top priority and we're confident you'll be pleased with our services. Still, if you try us and decide your account does not sufficiently meet your needs, you can cancel within 30 days for a refund as follows.

If you cancel within 30 days you receive a full refund on your purchased license key only. The money-back-guarantee does not apply to most add-on products, such as domains, Stream Hosting, Dedicated Server, SSL certificates, VPS, given the unique nature of their costs.

Everest Cast does not offer any refunds for cancellations that occur after 30 days.

Refund Eligibility:

Only first-time accounts & Monthly Subscribe accounts are eligible for a refund. For example, if you've had an account with us before, canceled, and signed up again, or if you have opened a second account with us, you will not be eligible for a refund. If you have singup for Yearly plan without testing our products then you will not be eligible for a refund.

Do you offer price matching with other companies?

Oftentimes, yes. If you are currently with a company that offers a bigger plan at a better price, contact us to see if we'll match it. We can't promise that we will, but we do try. Send us details, We will verify that you are indeed with them and if we can, we'll match their plan and prices.

Account login details are sent automatically by our billing system as soon as an account is activated.
